Our Vision

At WhoGlue, we believe that member-driven organizations have a tremendously underutilized asset - affinity.  Our vision is to be your partner in realizing real, bottom-line benefits from that asset.  If Return on Investment is a measure of how efficient you use physical assets, then Return On Affinity can tell you how well you leverage that critically important asset. 

We call our approach Affinity Network Management. Our solutions are designed to strengthen existing relationships; both between organization and member as well as member to member.  These relationships form a network of individuals who share common interests, beliefs, and goals.  If we are able to positively influence existing ties and help build new ties, everyone in the network benefits.

We have a few guiding principles that help us maximize our Clients’ ROA:

We will not be successful unless our Clients are able to use our solutions successfully.  That means that we must take a long-term view of our Client relationships.  We will not sell shrink-wrapped, one size fits all software.  We will be willing to tailor our software to meet the unique needs of each Client, and our focus on customer service after the sale will be unmatched in the industry.  You absolutely will not find a company with a stronger focus on customer satisfaction.  Our existing Clients will be our best marketing. 

All data lives in just one place.  It doesn’t make sense to have the same information reside in different places throughout the organization.  Our applications will all use the same backend data warehouse to serve internal and external customers.  The same database that lets you manage membership and donor information can also power the members-only section of your website. 

 

 

 

 

Members will take an active role in managing and populating the database.  If a phone number changes, they should be able to update it themselves.  When they register for an event, they should be able to do it online, and their registration information should become a part of their membership record.  In short, if members can do it themselves, your staff won’t need to.

We will not hold our Clients hostage.  If we are not able to make you happy, we will help you find someone who can.  You will have complete access to all of your data at all times, and there are no penalties or hidden charges to make a change.  Be forewarned, however…we’ve never lost a Client, and we will take extraordinary measures to make sure that we never do.  If in doubt, please see our first principle!
