Jason D. Hardebeck :: Chief Executive Officer  

Jason has 20 years of leadership and management experience in operations, logistics, marketing, and business development. His diverse background includes service in the U. S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and nuclear engineer; operations and plant management for BioMed, Inc. and Cargill, Inc.; supply chain management for Black & Decker, U. S.; and product management for DeWalt Industrial Tools. Prior to founding WhoGlue, Jason was a marketing and business development executive for 2 early-stage Internet companies.  In early 2005, Maryland Governor Robert Ehrlich appointed Jason as the state’s first Entrepreneur in Residence. 

Jason holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the U. S. Naval Academy and an MS in Business from The Johns Hopkins University.  He serves on the board of the Baltimore chapter of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), board member and chairman of the Naval Academy Executive Roundtable, and Executive Director of the Maryland Business Council.

 

 

 

Jens-Michael Lehmann :: General Manager  

Jens-Michael is the inventor of the Polypol concept and has directed the development of the Polypol service from its inception. Prior to launching the Polypol project at the Siemens Technology-to-Business Center (TTB), Jens-Michael held several business administration and development positions within Siemens, both at TTB and with the Siemens Smart-Card IC group (now part of Infineon AG). Prior to joining Siemens, he was with Daimler-Chrysler AG and the former Daimler Benz AeroSpace AG, where his work focused on personal marketing and knowledge management.  

Jens-Michael received his joint diploma (MS equivalent) in Business Administration and Information and Telecommunication Technologies from the Dresden University of Technology in Germany. During this time he also served as a business process consultant to the Phillip Morris Corporation, co-founded a student business consulting agency, taught classes in Business Administration and in Game Theory, and was the chairman of an organization that is the market leader for career events at the 10 major universities in Germany. Prior to his studies, Jens-Michael served with distinction in the German military’s Army Mountain Rangers unit.
